Lost in Space: Learning XML through space puzzle solving

Lost in Space is an educational videogame, developed by Ángel Serrano Laguna, in which the players must guide a spaceship through space (split up in 15 phases) using commands built with the XML markup language.

Its main educational purpose is to introduce the XML syntax and structures to novel students.

This game comes along with the efforts of the group to combine educational videogames and Learning Analytics. Players interactions with the games are analyzed to evaluate their learning process.
